How do I get started?
Every membership starts with a free 7-day trial. You can start your trial here.
Your free trial gives you unlimited access to The Movement Club FREE for 7 days. Once your trial begins, you will receive login information to your inbox.

How is The Movement Club different?
The Movement Club was created to help inspire women of all ages and body types to fall in love with working out, but more importantly, with themselves. Our bodies are incredible and deserve to be moved every single day without the pressure of achieving specific results. Everybody's goals are different, but our goal for you is to have fun and just move! We can't wait to have you be a part of The Movement Club!
How long are the workouts?
All workouts are between 5 and 30 minutes long, with the option to stack workouts if you would like to add on. We want to make sure that fitness can fit into your life no matter how busy your life gets!
Is the program ok for beginners?
Yes, absolutely! Whether you are totally new to exercise or coming back after a long time off, we have multiple programs custom for beginners. All workouts in the club can be modified based on your fitness level as well.
Where should I start if I am pregnant or postpartum?
During Lindsay's second pregnancy and postpartum recovery, she created workouts for all of you! The pregnancy program goes from weeks 4-40, lowering the intensity as you get closer to birth. The postpartum program is six weeks long and can anytime during your postpartum recovery and as soon as you have been cleared by your doctor to return to activity. We also have many pre and postnatal-friendly classes that can be accessed outside of each program.
Do I have to get a subscription?
To offer the most comprehensive programs for all life stages, The Movement Club is a subscription based program. You can access the club through a monthly membership that can be canceled at anytime or you can make a commitment to yourself with an annual membership.
What equipment do I need for the workouts?
You do not need any equipment to do The Movement Club workouts. Lindsay does incorporate exercise bands throughout the programs to add intensity, but you can always opt out of using a band.
Is it hard to cancel my membership?
You can cancel at anytime! If you need to change your membership tier or cancel sign into your account, head to your account, and click on subscription and billing
